As our services consist of health check-ups and digital courses, all purchases are non-refundable. Please confirm your order before making a payment.

2. Health Check-up Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One rescheduling is allowed.

No-shows or late cancellations will be considered as a forfeited booking, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Course Cancellation Policy

Once a course is purchased, users can access content anytime. Since courses are digital products, purchases are non-refundable.

If technical issues prevent course access, please contact our support team.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure, system failures), we may provide alternative solutions. However, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
